Oversees the Club’s security operations by supervising security staff, managing access control and safety measures, implementing procedures and training programs, and collaborating with management and departments to ensure the safety of Members, guests, employees, and property.

クラブのセキュリティ業務全般を統括し、警備スタッフの管理、入退館管理および安全対策の運用、各種手順や研修の実施、ならびに各部門やマネジメントとの連携を通じて、会員・ゲスト・従業員およびクラブ資産の安全を確保する。

• Certificate Disaster Presentation Center Staff Seminar (certificate) and Self-defense firefighting technology authorized person
• English Intermediate level and above
• Japanese Native level
• Others　 Fire management skills work shop certificate and Japanese driving license are plus

• スタッフを指導・統率し、警備および駐車場運営の計画・実行を管理できる能力
• 各種警備機器・設備を適切に操作し、図面や指示書を理解して業務を遂行できる能力
• 緊急時に迅速に対応し、応急手当・CPRなどの救命処置を実施できること
• 有効な運転免許および防火防災管理者資格等を保持し、安全衛生委員会活動に参加できること

• Establishes and enforces security policies and procedures to protect Members, guests, employees, and Club property.
• Supervises and trains security staff, manages schedules, and ensures preparedness for emergencies and safety incidents.
• Maintains records, reports, equipment, and key control systems while ensuring safe and hazard-free facilities.
• Coordinates with management and local authorities, supports investigations, and communicates operational issues and departmental updates.

• 会員・ゲスト・従業員およびクラブ資産を保護するため、セキュリティ方針および手順を策定・徹底する。
• 警備スタッフの指導・監督および育成を行い、シフト管理を行うとともに、緊急時や安全事故への対応体制を整備する。
• 各種記録・報告書・備品・鍵管理を適切に行い、安全で危険のない施設環境を維持する。
• 管理職や関係部署、警察・消防などの外部機関と連携し、調査対応や運営上の課題共有・改善を行う。
