• Experience 2 years experiences preferred.
• Language: Upper intermediate level of English / some Japanese skills is a plus but not required
• PC Skill: Word, Excel, Outlook, POS system
• Other Skills: Highly motivated person
• Bartender certificate from any professional associations is a plus.

• その他のスキル: 　向上心が高い方
• バーテンダーの資格があれば尚可

- Ensure all beverages prepared meet internal club standards of hygiene and recipe consistently.
- Participate in the creation and development of new beverages and menus.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs for bar product and equipment.
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate guests’ needs by following sequence of service in all parts of the restaurant operation with a genuine appreciation.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team to maintain common goals.

- 売り上げ目標、メンバー満足度達成の為にキャプテン/マネージャーをサポート
- 高レベルの衛生維持するため、定められた飲食に関する方針と手順、および当局の基準を遵守すること。
- リーダーシップを持って料飲部門ポリシー、サービスの維持に努める。
