• English Advanced level
• Japanese Basic level
• PC skills Literacy in Excel, Outlook, Word and Access. Preferably experience with Abacus
• Planning and organization skill

• Manage staff scheduling, tracking daily financials, meeting budget targets.
• Monitor, control and minimize expenses within daily basis.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Provide hands-on involvement in sales and service to achieve goals.
• Oversee recruitment, training and development of all staff.

• Supervise daily operations, manage events, and handle marketing activities at the Retail
• Creating a FMCG environment focused on member experience.

• リテールの日常業務の監督、イベントの管理、マーケティング活動の対応
• メンバーエクスペリエンスを重視したFMCGの環境づくり

5 days/ week (Including weekends/ National holidays)
Actual 7.5hrs/day between 09:00-17:30
