Hello Clever was founded by Caroline Tran (CEO) and Gavin Nguyen (CTO) in 2021. Our backgrounds include Microsoft, Westpac, WPP, and DFO Global.
We've had the opportunity to be early (sometimes first) employees at a handful of startups and have seen the up's and down's of scaling a business, product, and culture.

We move fast, operating mostly on Slack. We use Notion for long-form writing, which we encourage when communicating more complex subjects.
We don't rely too much on meetings. We have an all-hands weekly meeting on Mondaywhere we catch up on each other weekends and discuss goals for the week and then stand-ups for each team throughout the week.
