Astemo Cypremosは、グローバル自動車メーカーのSDV（Software Defined Vehicle）対応や次世代モビリティの進化を支えるために、2024年11月に設立されたスタートアップです。クラウドベースのデジタル開発環境（例：デジタルツイン）を提供する急成長中のテクノロジーカンパニーとして、さまざまな開発プロジェクトが並行して進行しています。

現在、ソリューション＆サービス部（Solution & Service Dept）のエンジニアリングチームを強化しており、フルスタックエンジニアとして、設計から実装・改善まで主体的に関わるスペシャリストを募集します。新しい技術やアジャイルな開発文化に関心があり、チームとともに成長したい方を歓迎します。

We, Astemo Cypremos, Ltd., are a startup established in November 2024 to support global automakers' SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) initiatives and the evolution of next-generation mobility. As a rapidly growing technology company providing cloud-based digital development environments (e.g., digital twins), we have multiple development projects running concurrently.

We are looking for full-stack engineer specialists who can actively engage in all phases from architecture to implementation and improvements. We welcome individuals passionate about learning new technologies and contributing to an agile engineering culture.

必須スキル・経験
• クラウドアプリケーションの開発経験（2年以上〜5年未満）
• モダンなプログラミング言語の実装経験（例：TypeScript, Python, Java, Go）
• AI, 生成 AI を活用した開発経験
• CICD, DevOps活用したチーム開発経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語（会話・読み書き）

歓迎スキル・経験
• 製造業の開発、生産に関連したシステム開発経験
• マイクロサービスアーキテクチャの理解
• スタートアップまたはアジャイルな開発環境の経験
• 英語を使ったチーム開発経験（グローバル協働含む）

Required Skills and Experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in developing web or cloud applications
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Java, Go)
• Interest in both frontend and backend development
• Team development experience using Git
• Native level in Japanese
• Business level or higher proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Preferred Skills and Experience
• Experience in developing with cloud services
• Experience with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue.js, etc.)
• Understanding of microservice architecture
• Experience in startup or agile development environments
• Experience working in global teams using English
