Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably within manufacturing
• Proven FP&A expertise including budget preparation and analysis
• Strong command of Excel, ERP and tools, and presentation software
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and project management skills
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and team leadership

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a finance of Retail or Wholesales business channel
• Familiarity with GAAP and financial regulation
• Strong working knowledge of Excel & Power Point.
• Intermediate level English or above required
• Proven work experience in a quantitatively heavy role with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills with stakeholders.

FP&A Manager is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making at the leadership level. This role collaborates cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency and financial integrity

● Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including variance analysis
● Monitor and analyze key financial metrics (e.g., sales, profits, costs)
● Prepare financial reports and strategic presentations for senior management
● Conduct product-level and performance analyses to identify improvement opportunities
● Perform advanced data analysis using Excel, System and Tools
● Support business strategy development from a financial perspective
● Monitor and ensure consistency in cost allocations, intercompany transactions
● Manage master financial data integrity (e.g., cost centers, account codes, product data)
● Oversee daily/weekly/monthly cash flow tracking and forecasting
● Propose and implement initiatives to improve working capital, including forecasting and reporting.
● Collaborate with Accounting team to ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes
● Guide and mentor team members, manage cross-functional projects

主な業務内容
● 年間予算編成および月次予測プロセスの主導、差異分析の実施
● 売上、利益、コストなど主要財務指標のモニタリングと分析
● 経営陣向けの財務報告書および戦略的プレゼンテーションの作成
● 製品別・業績別の分析を通じた改善機会の特定
● Excelや各種システム・ツールを用いた高度なデータ分析
● 財務的観点からの事業戦略の立案支援
● コスト配分や社内取引の一貫性の監視・管理
● コストセンター、勘定科目、製品データなどの財務マスターデータの整合性管理
● 日次・週次・月次のキャッシュフローの追跡および予測
● ワーキングキャピタル改善のための施策提案と実行（予測・報告含む）
● 経理チームとの連携による月次・年次決算の正確な処理の支援
● チームメンバーの指導・育成、部門横断プロジェクトの管理
