Under general supervision, a lifeguard’s priority is to ensure the safety of patrons of an aquatic facility by preventing and responding to emergencies.

• Competent swimming ability
• A valid CPR/AED and Lifeguarding Certificates.
• A minimum of 20/40 uncorrected or corrected vision. It is highly recommended that vision of 20/40 or better be corrected to 20/20 (visual accuracy based on the “Snellen chart” is 20/20).
• Must be able to hear normal sounds in both ears.
• A Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Certification or equivalent is a plus!
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Ideal applicants should have a high standard of customer service ability, be alert, pay attention to details and be able to react calmly and clearly in stressful situations.

•　有効な CPR/AED およびライフガード認定証を保有していること
•　矯正・非矯正いずれの場合でも視力が最低20/40あること（視力検査表「スネル式チャート」に基づき、可能であれば20/20まで矯正することが推奨されます）
•　両耳で通常の音が聞こえること
•　水泳指導員（WSI）または同等の資格をお持ちであれば尚可
•　満16歳以上であること
•　高い接客スキルを持ち、常に注意深く、細部に気を配り、ストレスのかかる状況でも冷静かつ明確に対応できる方です

• Monitor the pool area at all times and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Provide first aid and emergency care until medical help arrives.
• Enforce pool rules and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
• Check rescue equipment, maintain water quality, and perform cleaning duties.
• Complete incident reports and assist with front desk or admin tasks as needed.

•　プールルールの周知と遵守の徹底
•　救命用具や水質の点検、施設の清掃・安全管理を実施
•　事故報告の作成、受付業務の補助、その他上司の指示による業務を遂行

Above high school graduates.
