We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to build for our B2B Agency Division AIM B2B’s (https://aim-b2b.com/) brand visibility and demand generation—turning our thinking, work, and people into consistent momentum: awareness, credibility, and qualified inbound interest.
You’ll own the day-to-day marketing engine (strategy + content + campaigns + events) while partnering closely with leadership and business development to support pipeline growth.
5+ years in B2B marketing (agency or in-house), spanning content + digital + growth.
Native English speaker with strong writing and editing skills; confident shaping executive viewpoints into compelling content.
Practical experience managing websites, content calendars, campaigns, and performance reporting.
Experience running recurring content programs (podcast, newsletter, webinars, research reports, or similar).
HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation) experience; comfortable with process and dashboards.
Familiarity with podcast/video production workflows (briefing, editing coordination, publishing tools).
Event planning experience (in-person + virtual), including vendor coordination and run-of-show management.
Proactive, high-ownership operator who can run independently and collaborate closely with leadership.
Ability to strategically and ethically use AI tools to improve speed and quality across research, content development, editing, workflow, and reporting—while maintaining originality, accuracy, confidentiality, and brand voice (including clear fact-checking and responsible disclosure practices where appropriate).
Brand & positioning:
Translate AIM B2B’s strategy, POVs, and case studies into clear messaging across the website, pitch collateral, and channel content.
Maintain and refresh agency credentials, capabilities decks, case studies, and proof points so we’re always “pitch ready.”
Content, thought leadership, podcast, newsletter & flagship research:
Build and manage an always-on content and thought leadership program (articles, case studies, social posts, industry trend reports), ensuring consistent quality, tone, and strategic alignment.
Manage the end-to-end production of the monthly Asia AIM podcast: content planning, guest outreach, scheduling, briefing notes, recording coordination, editing workflow, publishing, and distribution.
Own the promotion plan for each podcast episode across channels (LinkedIn, email, website, social media, partners), including copy, creative briefs, and repurposing into short-form content.
Produce and manage the monthly AIM B2B newsletter: editorial calendar, story selection, writing/editing, design coordination, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
Produce AIM B2B’s annual Content Marketing Survey report: survey concept and questionnaire development, stakeholder input, research outreach, analysis inputs, narrative structure, writing/editing, and final publication.
Track and report performance monthly across content, podcast, newsletter, and research program (engagement, subscribers, downloads, event registrations, open/click rates, lead influence), and continuously optimize based on insights.
Events & community (annual in-person event + quarterly webinars):
Own the strategy and delivery of AIM B2B’s annual Content Marketing in-person event: theme and agenda development, event page, promotional plan, registrations, run-of-show, and post-event content and follow-up.
Plan and execute quarterly webinars aligned to priority sectors and business goals: topic selection, speaker coordination, landing pages, promotional campaigns, registrations, rehearsal, live delivery support, and post-webinar nurture.
Build repeatable event playbooks, timelines, templates, and reporting so delivery becomes smoother and results compound each quarter.
Repurpose event and webinar content into high-performing assets (articles, social clips, newsletter features, sales enablement, and follow-up sequences).
Demand generation & growth marketing (paid/owned/earned):
Create and run campaigns that generate qualified inbound leads (content offers, webinars, landing pages, email nurture).
Partner with the performance marketing team to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns, tracking performance and learnings.
Improve website conversion paths and landing pages to increase enquiries and meeting bookings.
New business support & CRM (HubSpot):
Collaborate with Business Development to align marketing activity to priority sectors and target accounts.
Own and drive HubSpot marketing operations: lifecycle stages, lead capture, segmentation, scoring/nurture flows, reporting dashboards, and process hygiene.
Awards, partnerships, and community visibility:
Identify, manage, and submit industry award entries to build credibility and visibility.
Maintain profiles across relevant partner/intermediary platforms and directories.
What success looks like:
Increased brand visibility and inbound momentum: stronger traffic quality, more enquiries, and improved conversion to meetings from ICP clients.
Predictable inbound pipeline contribution: campaign-driven leads and influenced opportunities tracked in HubSpot.
“Always current” sales assets: updated case studies, sector one-pagers, and capabilities decks.
Consistent audience growth and engagement for the Asia AIM podcast and AIM B2B newsletter, with measurable contribution to awareness and pipeline influence.
A flagship annual in-person event and quarterly webinars that strengthen authority, deepen community, and generate high-quality sales conversations.
A respected annual Content Marketing Survey report and launch moment that becomes a signature AIM B2B platform.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
