Red Hat コンサルティングチームでは、OpenShift を中心に、RHEL や Ansible を含むプラットフォーム領域全般を担当する OpenShift Consultant を募集しています。

本ポジションでは、IT およびソフトウェアエンジニアリングチームと連携し、オンプレミス、パブリッククラウド（ROSA／ARO など）、ハイブリッドクラウドといった多様な環境に対応した、スケーラブルな基盤の設計・構築を支援いただきます。小規模な PoC（概念実証）の立ち上げから、将来的な全社展開を見据えた大規模環境の構築まで、Red Hat のコンテナプラットフォームを最適に運用できるようデリバリーチームの一員として取り組んでいただきます。

お客様が直面する複雑な技術課題に対し、OpenShift が持つスケーラビリティ、堅牢なセキュリティ、強力な CI/CD パイプライン機能を活用し、最適なアーキテクチャを提案・実現していただくことが期待されます。また、その技術的・ビジネス的価値をお客様へ分かりやすく伝える役割も担います。

Required Skills:
- 6 年以上のテクノロジー分野での実務経験（例：インフラ／プラットフォームエンジニア、コンサルティング、設計・構築、運用）
- 3年以上の Linux（RHEL または同等ディストリビューション）の実務経験
- Kubernetes / OpenShift を用いた基盤設計・構築、または運用経験
- クラウドインフラストラクチャーの設計および運用経験
- DevOps または Agile プロセスの実務経験
- オペレーティングシステムアーキテクチャーに関する知識
- Docker などのコンテナ技術に関する知識と実務経験
- AWS、Microsoft Azure などのパブリッククラウド利用経験
- ストレージ、ネットワーク、モニタリング、セキュリティを含むインフラ全般の知識
- Bash 等のコマンドラインツールを用いた作業経験
- 日本語および英語での優れた口頭・書面コミュニケーション能力
- 分散チームやオープンソースコミュニティと協働できる能力
- 自律的に調査・学習し、新しい技術やアイデアを短期間で実践できる能力
- クラウド技術、設計原理、統合ポイント、および自動化手法を用いたソリューションの設計と推進

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have / Optional):
- OpenShift Virtualization（KubeVirt）に関する知識または利用経験
- KVM や VMware vSphere などの仮想化基盤の設計・運用経験
- 仮想マシンとコンテナが混在する環境でのアーキテクチャ設計経験
- Ansible を用いたインフラ自動化の実務経験
- 既存システムのモダナイゼーションやクラウド移行プロジェクトへの参画経験

- RHEL、Red Hat OpenShift、Ansible など、Red Hat のオープンハイブリッドクラウド関連プラットフォーム製品の導入支援（要件定義、設計、構築、保守運用）
- オンプレミス、パブリッククラウド、ハイブリッドクラウド環境における OpenShift 基盤の設計・構築
- 小規模 PoC からエンタープライズ規模の本番環境までの構築・展開支援
- プロジェクトおよびクライアントチームのメンバーと協力し、期限および目標を達成
- 品質保証およびチケット／バグ管理を含むプロジェクトドキュメント、設計書、構成図の作成
- クライアントへの技術的助言および知識共有（ワークショップ、技術説明、レビュー）
- クラウドおよびシステムインフラストラクチャーの自動化・統合の設計および実装
- 自動化技術や DevOps プロセスの採用を定義・促進し、インフラおよびアプリケーションのライフサイクルを改善
- クラウド技術、設計原理、統合ポイント、および自動化手法を用いたソリューションの設計と推進
