Job description

The need has arisen for an experienced bilingual project manager to join our organisation.
Your core responsibilities will be to plan, manage and coordinate Mar-Com projects and tasks from planning, production & activation.
We are now expanding our in-house capabilities in exciting new ways across:

1- Digital marketing
2- e-commerce & Website development
3- SNS & influencer marketing
4- Software development
5- UX/UI design
6- PR
7- Advertising

You are a solution-driven positive-thinker with great people & project management skills.
You master the art of effective communication and your time management and organizational skills enable you to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

1- Native Japanese level with excellent written and verbal command
2- Business English
3- Team player
4- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
5- Adaptable and able to function well within a highly dynamic environment, and can bring much needed stability and discipline
6- Able to remain calm under pressure
7- Capacity to treat others the way you expect to be treated
8- Highly effective at preventing conflict
9- Willingness to create reciprocal opportunities is a must

業務内容

1- To maintain and enhance client and project stakeholders relationship
2- To plan, execute and manage multiple online and offline projects
3- To coordinate, control deadlines and deliver tangible results
4- To provide general project administration services
5- To support project budget control, financial analysis, billings and invoice processing
6- To maintain an up-to-date project roadmap & delivery schedule
7- To prepare, lead and take project meeting minutes
8- To pro-actively follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely completion
9- To develop and issue project reports
10- To collect and share project information with project stakeholders
11- To communicate project progress & utilisation of resources
12- To forecast potential progress and status to various stakeholders
13- To perform other related duties as assigned
14- To support functions necessary for project delivery and completion
