 新規顧客獲得営業
 既存顧客の契約更新をするための交渉
 顧客の支払い状況のチェック・収益管理
 ファシリティの管理
 担当するファシリティのサービスの品質維持・向上
 レセプションスタッフ（コミュニティ・アソシエイト）のサポート
 顧客の支払いチェックと収益の管理
