Required skills and experience:
・Clerical experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
・Experience negotiating with customers and others inside and outside the company
・English conversation skills (TOEIC does not matter, but general business level)
・Recruitment experience（including job interview)

業務内容
採用担当として、弊社CA（Community Associate）の採用全般をお願いします。
・CAの採用にかかる採用Webサイトの管理およびエージェントとの折衝
・応募者との日程調整
・CA候補者との面接
・オファーレターの作成及び、入社準備

Duty
As a recruiter, To take care of the overall recruitment of our CA (Community Associate).
・Management of the recruitment website related to CA recruitment and negotiation with agents
・Schedule adjustment with applicants
・Interview with CA candidates
・Create an offer letter and prepare for joining the company
