ご担当いただくミッションは、日本の大手通信事業者に対し、Red Hatの幅広いソリューション（RHEL, OpenShift, OpenStack, Ansible, AI, Middlewareなど）のビジネスを拡大することです。数年後に向けた高い成長目標の達成に向け、アカウントチームと緊密に連携し、戦略の策定から実行までをリードしていただきます。
Red Hatセールスチームの重要な一員として、社内外の多様な関係者を巻き込みながらビジネスを推進するため、高度な営業スキルと卓越したコミュニケーション能力が不可欠です。
必須スキル
- 5年以上のIT業界でのソリューション営業経験
- 通信業界、または大手法人向けソフトウェアのテクニカルセールス（プリセールス/SE）に関する深い知見と経験
- 相手の技術レベルや役職（エンジニア、購買担当、経営層など）に応じた柔軟なコミュニケーション能力と、それを通じて信頼関係を構築するスキル
- 顧客のビジネス課題の本質を見抜き、技術的な実現性とビジネスインパクトを両立した戦略的ソリューションを立 案・提案できる能力
- オープンソースへの共感と、常に新しい技術を学び続ける知的好奇心
- 目標達成のため、国内外のチームや他部門を主体的に巻き込み、プロジェクトを成功に導いた実績

クラウド & インフラ基盤
- ハイブリッド/マルチクラウド環境の設計・提案経験
- コンテナ技術およびKubernetesを用いたオーケストレーションの知識
- Ansible等を活用したITインフラの構成管理・自動化の経験
- MLOps基盤やvLLMなど、機械学習/AIを支えるインフラに関する基本知識
- KVM, OpenStack, KubeVirtなど、オープンソースベースの仮想化技術の知識
通信領域の専門知識
- OSS/BSS, 5Gコア（5GC）, RANといった通信事業者のコアシステムの知識
開発 & アプリケーション
- マイクロサービスなど、モダンなアプリケーション開発手法や実行環境に関する知識
- 日本の通信事業者に対し、Red Hatソリューションの提案から案件創出し、定量的・定性的な業績目標の達成に責任を持つ。
- 社内外の広範な営業・技術チームと連携し、担当領域における販売・マーケティング戦略の施策と実行を牽引する。
- 顧客の経営層をはじめとする意思決定者に対し、説得力のあるプレゼンテーションを通じて、Red Hatが提供するビジネス価値を的確に訴求する。
- 顧客のキーパーソン（技術責任者、購買担当者など）と長期的な信頼関係を構築する。
- 業界フォーラムや技術コミュニティへ積極的に参加し、市場におけるRed Hatのプレゼンス向上に貢献する。
- Red Hatのグローバルなテレコム専門チームと緊密に連携し、最新の知見や成功事例を国内の活動へ反映させる。
