スキル・資格

- 5+ years' experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
- Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
- Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Understand full application lifecycle
- ITIL/ServiceNow certified, ServiceNow CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM
- Past work experience of ServiceNow Implementation of ITSM, ITOM.

【Welcome condition】
・Past work experience with industry leading providers of ITSM tools
・Knowledge on other ServiceNow tools like ITAM, Application portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management, CSM etc.

業務内容

[Department Introduction]
Department is in charge of providing ITService Management Process and tools solutions for ITO and AMO Services ; Main offerings are, Process implementation, ITSM Tools (Servicenow,SummitAI,BMC..) ITAM Tools (Snow,Flexera), Monitoring (Solarwinds, newrelic, datadog etc.), Service integration & Automation etc
Total department size is 80 (Japan and India)

The IT Service Management (ITSM) team is a highly skilled and diverse group of professionals dedicated to providing Unified Service Delivery Management services based on ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices. Our department operates on a hybrid model, leveraging the expertise across Japan and India. Working for this team offers the opportunity to be part of a diverse and skilled group , apply ITIL best practices & Servicenow capabilities, and collaborate across multiple locations. It provides a dynamic, customer centric environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement, professional development, and impactful IT service management.

[Job Description]
- Good understanding in ServiceNow Development - Should be able to convey the Capabilities of ServiceNow, & call out feature feasibility for architecture, Design discussions etc
- Should have hands on experience in Core ITSM modules, ITOM modules like Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Cloud Management, Operation Intelligence, Good to have : CSM/Secops.
- Should have good understanding of REST API and web services.
- Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow tool platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
- Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
- Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
- Consults with Process and Business Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in ServiceNow
- Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
- Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes
- Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Discretionary work system applies depending on the hiring grade
(discretionary equivalent allowance: 60,000 to 80,000 yen/month)

Salary
Monthly salary 300,000 to 720,000 yen
* Determined according to our company regulations after considering experience and ability

Working hours
9:00 to 18:00
