Designed as a high-energy, bilingual networking experience, this event connects forward-thinking companies hiring in Japan with talented professionals interested in the tech scene in Japan (engineers, solution architects, developers, and tech leaders who are shaping the future).

2月19日、私たちは日本のテック業界をリードする革新的な企業と、志の高いテックプロフェッショナルが集う「2026 Tokyo Tech Meetup x IT Career Event」を開催します。これまで以上にインパクトのあるイベントにしたいと考えています。

このイベントは、エネルギーあふれるバイリンガルのネットワーキングイベントです。日本で採用を行う先進企業と、日本のテックシーンに関心を持つ優秀なプロフェッショナル（エンジニア、ソリューションアーキテクト、デベロッパー、そして未来を創るテックリーダーなど）をつなぎます。

We care more about mindset than background. You may be a student, a young professional, or someone exploring a new direction — what matters most is your energy and attitude.

We’re looking for individuals who:
- Communicate comfortably in both English and Japanese
- Are positive, proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
- Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Enjoy helping others and creating positive experiences
- Have an interest in technology, recruiting, startups, or community building
Previous event experience is a plus — but absolutely not required.

As a Volunteer Event Supporter, you will work closely with the HirePlanner team to ensure a seamless and inspiring experience for attendees and participating companies.

Your role may include:
- Welcoming guest at the reception,
- Supporting event flow and session coordination
- Guiding attendees and speakers throughout the venue
- Helping with venue setup and logistics
- Coordinating light F&B management
- Communicating with the core event team to resolve issues quickly

Roles will be assigned collaboratively based on team strengths and event needs. You won’t just observe the event — you’ll help shape it.

ボランティア・イベントサポーターとして、皆さんにはHirePlannerチームと密に連携しながら、参加者や出展企業にとってスムーズでインスピレーションあふれる体験を提供していただきます。

当日の役割：
- 受付での来場者対応・ウェルカムサポート
- イベント全体の進行サポートやセッション運営補助
- 会場内での参加者・登壇者のご案内
- 会場設営や当日の運営サポート（ロジスティクス対応）
- 軽食・ドリンク（F&B）の簡単なサポート
- イベントチームとの連携による迅速なトラブル対応

担当する役割は、チームそれぞれの強みや当日のニーズを考慮しながら、協力して決定します。
ただイベントを“見る側”ではなく、イベントを“創る側”として関わっていただきます。

DATE: Thursday, February 19th, 2026, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
HOURS: 5 hours shift (Two-shift system: 12:00–17:00 or 16:00–21:00)
Location: Tokyo Toranomon

勤務条件：
日時： 2026年2月19日（木） 12:00 ～ 21:00
勤務時間：５時間シフト制 (2交代制: 12:00 ~ 17:00または16:00 ~21:00)
場所： イベント会場（東京虎ノ門）
