Ideal Skills:
• Digital Literacy: Have competence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical Abilities: Capable of conducting market research and analyzing data to understand industry trends and client needs.
• Learning Agility: A quick learner with a passion for understanding the nuances of the recruitment industry and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
• Business Development: Shows interest or experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.

Required Language Skills:
• Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2) or above is required
• English: Business level or above for professional communication is preferred.

Additional Skills:
• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills (business level proficiency) in Japanese for professional interactions. Business level English is a preferred.
• Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Show proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, You Will:
• Research firms for business development particularly in the IT and consulting industries.
• Search for candidates that match the open positions of clients.
• Gain the following:

- Recruitment Psychology: Understanding recruiter mindsets and hiring criteria.

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

Weekly holidays include Saturdays & Sundays, and other Public holidays
Flextime system:
Flextime system (standard working hours: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week)
Core time: 10:00 - 16:00
