概要

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development & Solutions Lead to spearhead the launch, growth, and adoption of Emerge.ai across Japan and the broader APAC region. This is a high-impact, multi-faceted role that blends sales, solution design, client training, and implementation leadership. You will serve as the primary driver of revenue and client success in the region — acting as the face of Emerge.ai to enterprise customers.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, can articulate the value of complex AI and middleware solutions, and is passionate about building something from the ground up in a fast-moving market.

スキル・資格

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or a related client-facing role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience managing complex sales cycles with enterprise clients
Strong understanding of software implementation processes and client onboarding best practices
Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value propositions
Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Fluency in both Japanese and English(spoken and written) is required
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Willingness to travel within Japan and across the APAC region as needed

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI/ML products, platforms, or services
Background in solutions architecture or pre-sales engineering
Experience working with middleware, integration platforms, or iPaaS solutions
Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems (e.g., ERP, CRM, data platforms)
Existing network of enterprise contacts in Japan and/or APAC markets
Experience launching or scaling a product in a new market
Additional APAC language skills are a plus

業務内容

Business Development & Sales
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Emerge.ai in Japan, with expansion into APAC markets
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, partnerships, and industry events
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial discovery through contract negotiation and close
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, C-suite executives, and decision-makers

Solutions Architecture & Pre-Sales
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client business challenges, technical environments, and integration needs
- Design and present tailored solution proposals demonstrating how Emerge.ai integrates into clients' existing tech ecosystems
- Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and technical evaluations
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and inform the product roadmap

Implementation & Client Onboarding
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring smooth deployment and integration
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, coordinating between internal teams and client stakeholders
- Develop and manage implementation project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation phase

Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for client teams to ensure effective adoption of the Emerge.ai platform
- Create training materials, user guides, and documentation tailored to diverse client needs
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up training to maximize client utilization and satisfaction
- Gather feedback post-training to continuously improve enablement resources

Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities across Japan and APAC
- Provide regional insights to leadership to support product positioning, pricing, and expansion strategy
- Represent Emerge.ai at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
