Men's Retail Training Manager/Assistant Manager is responsible for planning and managing a comprehensive training program related to Men's universe.
This position requires a high level of fashion and product knowledge, a deep understanding of DIOR Client Experience, and right mindset to be a role model for boutique staffs.
An ideal candidate is expected to understand how to deliver an excellent client experience and build long-term customer relationships, and provides training tailored to the boutiques and their personnel with passion.
This role involves maintaining close communication with DIOR Academy Team in HQ, Retail, MD, HR, and Men's Fashion Stylist communities.
This person must understand business conditions, current challenges, and necessary training focuses to plan, execute, and evaluate various training programs.
Therefore, this position requires consistent leadership, project management skills, and high communication skills.
