Supports the Aquatics Manager in supervising lifeguards, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and certification while maintaining pool safety and enforcing all safety regulations.

アクアティクスマネージャーのサポートとして、ライフガードの教育・シフト管理・資格管理を行い、プールの安全確保と安全規則の遵守を徹底します。

• Minimum two years of paid lifeguard or supervisory experience
• Valid Lifeguard, First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications
• Ability to pass a swim test and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong swimming and lifesaving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Alert, responsible, and safety-focused
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• ライフガードまたは監督業務の実務経験が2年以上
• 有効なライフガード、応急手当、AED、CPRの各種資格を保有
• スイムテストに合格でき、週末・祝日を含む柔軟なシフト勤務が可能
• 高い泳力および救助スキルを有すること
• 円滑なコミュニケーション力とチームワーク力
• 注意力があり、責任感を持って安全管理に取り組める方
• Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、Outlook）の基本操作ができる方

- Oversees daily lifeguard operations, monitoring pool activities and responding to emergencies to ensure swimmer safety.
- Trains, schedules, and supports lifeguards, maintaining current certifications and conducting regular training.
- Enforces safety policies, ensures adequate staffing, and coordinates pool maintenance and equipment needs.
- Assists patrons, supports aquatic programs and events, and performs additional duties as assigned.

- 利用者対応、アクアティックプログラムやイベント運営のサポート、その他関連業務

Above high school graduates.
