Ideal Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
• Have competence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required Language Skills:
• Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2) or above is required
• English: Business level or above for professional communication is preferred.

In This Role, You Will:
• Support Business Development: Start by assisting one or more of our consultants with the research and identification of firms for our business development efforts. This is a great way to understand the core of our business activities.
• Candidate Research: Help in identifying potential candidates who match our clients' open positions by researching and listing up suitable profiles. This task will introduce you to the intricacies of matching the right individual to the right opportunity.
• Contribute to Growth: Take part in further business development tasks and/or assist with the coordination of candidate interviews alongside our consultants. This involvement offers a hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and the opportunity to contribute to the company's success.

Open to current students, upcoming graduates, or individuals seeking part-time opportunities.

Flexible based on your availability, with a preference for commitment to 3 days per week (Monday ~ Friday - Weekdays Only).
