Required Experience & Skills:
• Experience in candidate attraction and engagement activity or involved in any recruitment or hiring project in any corporate recruitment, RPO, and agency environment.
• Minimum 2 years of candidate management or recruitment process in an in-house corporate recruitment team or as a RPO sourcing recruiter
OR
• Minimum 2 years as an Agency Consultant or Executive Search Firms managing candidates during the recruitment process
• Experienced in searching, scouting, and direct sourcing of candidates using local sourcing channels and other media channels (SNS, LinkedIn, recruitment seminars, etc.).
• Experience of communicating and discussing recruitment strategy and plans with Recruiters and/or Agency Consultants or Hiring Managers.
Required Language Skills:
• Japanese: N2 or above Certification. Able to Read, Write and Speak.
• English: Able to Read and Write. Or have TOEIC score above 600.
Additional Skills and Experience:
• Experience of working in a start-up environment.
• Experience in hiring new graduates and high-volume hiring.
• We welcome hiring experience in other industries and areas.
In this role, you will be:
• Responsible for candidate engagement and management during the recruitment process.
• Focused on active search and selection of candidates that best meet the client requirements.
• Able to effectively utilize various candidate attraction and sourcing channels (Local Job Boards, SNS, Web Media, Recruitment events etc.).
• Working with recruiters and hiring managers to establish a strategic recruitment plan and candidate sourcing strategy.
• Accurately reporting candidate management data and conduct periodic review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to build positive relationships and manage smooth communication with candidates.
• Representing ACG core values at all times.
• Able to work on complex and challenging situations that will allow you to become a full-rounded recruitment professional.
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

Flextime system (standard working hours: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week)
Core time: 10:00 - 16:00
