LOEWE Perfumes | STORE MANAGER
Reporting to the Key Account Manager, the Store Manager's mission will be to supervise and lead the counter’s team in order to achieve the qualitative and qualitative objectives set by the brand. He/she is the representative of the brand values, sales objectives and the level of service given to customers.
• Training: High school graduate or equivalent
• Tools used: Office, Outlook Notes.
• Languages: English is a plus
• Experience: At least 4 years of previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury, beauty or fashion environment.
• Lead, motivate and encourage the team to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives.
• Achieve the established sales objectives.
• Follow-up of the sales/targets and KPI of the corner.
• Ensuring the development of the team members
• Follow-up of the team's individual objectives.
• Ensure the highest level of service given to the customer and build customer loyalty.
• Suggest, promote and implement action plans / improvements for the POS.
• Establish corrective and follow-up action plans.
• Ensure image and service guidelines are met.
• Participate in the recruitment process of Beauty Advisors or/and promotors.
• Sell LOEWE Perfumes products and provide a high standard customer service.
• Increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers
• Monitoring of the competition (special actions, launches, etc.)
• Develop personal and durable relationships with customers, through IT loyalty program,
• Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Key Account Manager to ensure the enough products / items in the store
• Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks
