Christian Dior G.K. is looking for Visual Merchandising Senior Manager.
The Visual Merchandising Senior Manager is a pivotal role responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive visual merchandising strategies across all retail channels (physical stores, popups, concept stores, and showrooms) to enhance brand image, optimize product presentation, and drive sales.
This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to ensure consistent and compelling visual storytelling that resonates with our target customers. The Field Senior Manager will lead a team of Field visual merchandisers, collaborate cross-functionally, and utilize data-driven insights to continuously elevate the customer’s experience.

Typically, 5+ years of multi-unit visual merchandising experience, with a significant portion in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience in developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies across various retail formats. Experience with the large-scale store openings (around 1000 sqm) is highly desirable.

PC Skills (Windows essential, Photoshop / Illustrator desirable)
Good English level required (Fluent / TOEIC 800-)

This position reports to Visual Merchandising Director
Execution & Oversight
Oversee the design and execution of engaging in-store displays, window presentations, and product layouts to optimize the customer journey and maximize product visibility.
Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics and visual merchandising standards across all events, show rooms, popups, concept stores, department fairs and permanent stores.
Manage the visual merchandising budget of the Props / Flowers, allocating resources effectively for display materials, fixtures, and light boxes for seasonal AD campaigns.
Support new store openings by ensuring successful setup of the retail environment and consistent visual standards.
Lead all visual display execution, including window display setup, with strong attention to detail in styling, composition, and lighting.
Strategy & Development
Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies that align with overall visual merchandising guidelines, marketing campaigns, and sales objectives.
Conduct market and operational research, including competitor analysis and consumer trend identification, to inform strategic initiatives and identify revenue-generating opportunities.
Translate visual merchandising / marketing strategies and product stories into captivating physical displays, window concepts, and store layouts.
Lead the strategy and execution of all visual merchandising initiatives for retail stores, showrooms, and relevant sales channels.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, train, and develop a team of field visual merchandisers, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Provide relevant and actionable feedback to field teams on visual merchandising execution.
Conduct hands-on support and training sessions for new stores or new teams on visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
Analysis & Optimization
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize product placement, refine visual merchandising tactics, and drive continuous improvement and increased revenue.
Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess visual merchandising standards, provide feedback to stores including VM ambassadors, and ensure compliance with established directives.
Create monthly/seasonally VM setup reports for all points of sale, evaluating product data and trends.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Retail/Sales, PR/Communication, Merchandising, Store Planning, and Logistics/Supply Chain to ensure cohesive brand presentations and successful execution of campaigns.
Communicate and distribute all critical visual merchandising information to key cross-functional teams on a timely basis.
Partner with Paris HQ’s visual merchandising management and store planning teams to coordinate visual merchandising plans and operational objectives

Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, marketing, fashion design, business, or a related field.
