LVMH Group is a global leader in luxury, with a diverse portfolio of Maisons recognized for their creativity, craftsmanship, and heritage. Fashion Group Japan is the Japan-based organization of LVMH Fashion Group, which is headquartered in Paris. It supports the development of its Maisons by serving as a regional hub and professional services organization for finance and accounting, information technology, and human resources. The Maisons supported in Japan are CELINE, LOEWE, GIVENCHY, KENZO, Marc Jacobs, and RIMOWA.
・Experience: Over 5 years of senior finance or accounting leadership role at foreign subsidiary company (Retail industry experience is plus)
・Language: Native Japanese, Fluency in English

♦Knowledge and experience in accounting operations under IFRS, JGAAP.
♦Experience in SAP implementation project preferrable.

MISSION STATEMENT:
・Lead the finance and accounting organization supporting six Maisons in Japan, positioning the team as a trusted regional hub and professional services organization that delivers technical expertise, financial guidance, and reliable operational support
・Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems that protect the business, ensure compliance with regulatory and Group requirements, and enable the Maisons to operate effectively.
・Drive continuous improvement and scalable finance operations through process standardization, automation, system integration, and the sharing of expertise and best practices across the Maisons.
・Provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting at Maison and consolidated levels to support informed decision-making by senior management and high-quality budget and forecast preparation by Business Planning and Control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：
・Plan, coordinate, and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
・Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.
・Oversee tax return preparation by third-party service providers by supplying complete, accurate, and timely information and data, reviewing the returns before submission, and ensuring that filing deadlines are met.
・Deliver recurring management and analytical reports to headquarters, local management, and relevant functions, explaining key financial results, risks, and issues that require management attention.
・Oversee daily cash operations, periodic treasury activities, and the preparation and review of cash flow forecasts.
・Support budget and forecast processes led by Business Planning and Control by providing complete, accurate, and timely financial data and analysis that improve the reliability of planning assumptions and outputs.
・Oversee credit management, including collections, accounts receivable controls, and credit assessments of customers and business partners.
・Review legal documents and contractual terms that may affect finance, accounting, tax, treasury, or internal control matters, in coordination with legal counsel and relevant stakeholders.
・Establish, document, monitor, and continuously improve procedures that support an effective internal control system and compliance with Group requirements.
・Lead finance change management and process improvement initiatives, including ERP implementation, integration with upstream systems, and process automation.
・Lead external audit coordination by serving as the primary contact for auditors, overseeing the preparation and delivery of supporting documentation, and ensuring the timely resolution of audit queries and findings.
・Lead and develop teams across the finance and accounting functions by providing guidance and mentorship and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
・Education: University Degrees in Economics/Finance/Business major, CPA preferable
