LVMH Fashion Group Japan role is to support several fashion Maisons in Japan to reach and surpass their business goals, hand-to-hand with LVMH Fashion Group Division Headquarter, Maisons Headquarters and LVMH Group functions.
LVMH Fashion Group Japan IS&T team provides full scope of services to Celine (HQ: Paris), Loewe (HQ: Madrid), Givenchy (HQ: Paris) and Kenzo (HQ: Paris) representing about 160 stores and 400 point-of-sales as well as 200 employees in charge of back-office operations. As LVMH Fashion Group Japan IS&T department, we position ourselves as a business partner entity, providing IS&T support, guidance, training, services and delivery to our Maisons. Our objective is that they can excel in their omnichannel digital transformation, deliver outstanding services to their customers and further develop Brand desirability.
-3+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure, including supporting and maintaining networks
-Good understanding of infrastructure architecture, network equipment and monitoring processes
-Project management experience
-Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to be both diplomatic and firm when necessary
-English (Business, email communication a must) and Japanese (Native) business ability
-Experience in retail is a big plus
Support IT Infrastructure:
-Manage maintenance of local infrastructure in offices and stores, including WAN connectivity, LAN, and Wi-Fi
-Support global and regional infrastructure projects such as line/equipment upgrade or migrations for Japan
-Manage local vendors related to IT infrastructure and monitor their deliverables
-Act as local IT infrastructure expert, provide level-2 support and consultation to answer business needs
-Coordinate actions between central teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders
-Collaborate with local, regional, and central teams to improve IT operations
Support Store Delivery:
- In-charge of all technical aspects for store opening, renewal and closure. Manage planning, vendors and budget for such projects
- Deliver technical support for pop-up events
- Propose Improvements to workflows, vendor management, and communication to deliver faster and cheaper store projects
- Communicate with Retail Operation teams to understand the requirement from Business, and Store Planning teams to align infrastructure needs
