【Overview of the position】
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering a positive and engaging work environment, driving impactful communication strategies, and championing our commitment to social responsibility.
【Qualifications】
- Experience: 8+ years of employee communications, corporate social responsibility, or related roles, preferably within organizations with multiple regional offices.
- Good understanding of FMCG/alcohol/luxury industry, and working experience in multi-national organization would be a plus
【Skills】
- Language Skills: Native or business level of Japanese and English.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization is crucial.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and locations.
- Change Management Skills: Ability to lead and manage change initiatives effectively, and to positively accept and execute change with growth mindset
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor HR team members.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Passion for sustainability, social responsibility, DE&I and corporate culture building.
- Experience developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
- Experience with crisis communication is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various communication platforms.
【Key responsibilities】
・Employee Communications:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to improve transparency, alignment, and culture across the organization.
- Craft clear and consistent messages that reflect the company's purpose and values, delivered through various channels such as the intranet, town halls, videos, etc
- Ensure consistency and alignment of internal communication activities between global and local
・Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute engagement activities to foster connection and belonging among employees.
- Develop and manage employee recognition programs.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and/or focus groups to assess employee sentiment and analyze/identify areas for improvement
- Take ownership of General Administration to improve Employee Experience in the organization.
・Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- Lead the development and implementation of CSR initiatives including DE&I that align with the company's values and commitment to community impact.
- Work with global and/or regional teams, LVMH group to localize and execute CSR programs.
- Drive internal campaigns to boost awareness and participation in CSR initiatives.
- Track and report CSR metrics.
・Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support employee engagement, internal communications, and CSR efforts.
・Strategy & Execution: Create and execute communication strategies that drive a more united, collaborative, and engaged workforce.
・Content Creation & Management: Manage content across multiple enterprise channels, ensuring it is engaging and aligned with
communication goals. This includes writing, producing, and distributing employee communications materials.
・Event Management: Plan, manage, and execute internal events, including partnering with vendors, developing messaging, and overseeing logistics.
・Crisis Communication: Manage internal communication during periods of change or crises, ensuring transparency and clarity.
・Team Leadership/Coaching: Providing leadership, coaching, and development to the team member.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
