• Develop marketing strategy and execution plan for Spirits and Wines under Brand Directors guidance. Major Brands : Hennessy, Sir Davis, Belvedere, and Wine Estates portfolio (Cloudy Bay, Rose Chateau d’Esclans, Joseph Phelps, and a few more still wine brands)
• Implement ATL & BTL strategy to achieve volume & revenue target in alignment with short term and long term brand plan.
ATL: Collaborating with Media team and PR/Communication team, lead project briefing to develop digital / PR / events plan to elevate brand desirability for driving recruitment and loyal fan engagement
BTL: Collaborating with customer marketing team, develop execution plan for both on premise and off premise.
• Be the face of the brand(s) vis-à-vis Maison(s)/HQ office/regional office. Manage its coordination between department/functions and key stakeholders such as sales to promote better ways of working and bring value to MHD’s business, brand portfolio and people.

Professional experience & know how:

Moet Hennessy Japan is new to digital sales today. We are taking Test & Learn approach to open up new digital sales channel in order to understand in what strategy, and how we can best create luxury digital experience and generate highest possible revenue from digital sales channel.
As we are new to this channel, there is no limitation in your creativity to expand our business in digital sales. Here is key responsibilities for the role.
Main Responsibilities
This person leads e-business expansion and has responsibility for the e-business sales
Project Management: 40%
・Work with internal stakeholder and external party to manage various responsibilities;
- Build e-business expansion plan in Japan market and align with both the Japan office and HQ
- Determine the best partner and vendor
- Manage and lead long-term project both before and after each launch
- Negotiate with internal/external partner to get appropriate function and reasonable cost
Store / Account Management: 40%
・Manage and streamline all operation and sales of our e-stores
-Manage store operations appropriately with the team and vendors
-Improve operations in terms of its effectiveness and cost efficiency
-Manage and record daily sales (actual and forecast) and costs of all e-stores
-Maximize both sales and profitability for each sales channel
-Analyze and share market trend, consumer behavior and each KPI
Team Management: 15%
・Optimize each members’ performance to fulfill responsibility for the team
- Define roll and responsibility for each team member
- Monitor members’ performance with both quantitative and qualitative way
- Support not only own team but also other team in the department
- Lead collaboration with other department in the Japan office and HQ
Other: 5%
・Be creative to come up with solution that Moet-Hennessy is facing in digital project.
・Collaborate with LVMH key stakeholders to identify new sales channel opportunity.
・Prove leadership to improve the worth of the Japan e-business team
4 years Bachelor degree is a MUST. Masters is a plus.
