1. Achieve retail sales as per budget/Revision 1/Revision 2
continuously sales results and action plans through weekly
comments and sales reports
2. Follow traffic and market trends, including competition (network
processes/location)
3. Fix all retail targets in numbers in cooperation with HQ
4. Initiate and supervise action plans to achieve sales targets and
ensure proper implementation of merchandising / training / CRM /
Visual actions on the shop floor
5. Recruit, manage, coach, and evaluate store staff
6. Fix incentives and staff remuneration policy with HR team.
7. Manage all store managers and sales associates on a daily basis
(roasters), and make sure that all Brand routines are properly
implemented (grooming, training, CRM, visual merchandising
policy, service to customers, CRM policy, …)
8. Supervise stock operations in the stores. Make sure that stocks are
properly managed in terms of space, quality, tools, product,
inventory, internal control, stock tasks and security.
9. Manage the retail performance tools and make sure that they are
properly implemented (KPI reports, mystery shopping action plans,
…)
10. Implement on-site controls and make sure that all stores, in all
aspects, comply with the brand standards. Make
recommendations and actions.

Amongst all the wondrous characteristics of the Parisian leather goods Maison founded in Paris in 1849 lies this one extraordinary fact: its name belongs to Pauline Moynat, the first and only woman to bring feminine flair to the male-dominated metier of luxury trunk-making.
Historically, the Maison’s renaissance began parallel to the industrial boom with the invention of stylish travel trunks that redefined the art of traveling. From its 1873 English Trunk to the archetypal 1902 Limousine Trunk, which was customizable to cars’ bodies, Moynat’s close link to automobiles was only matched by the inspiration it drew from Belle Époque Paris and the creative world around it.
